XXIV Carrera Urbana de San Pedro – CUSP’18

El Club San Pedro Atletismo, con la colaboración de la Tenencia de Alcaldía de San Pedro Alcántara y la Delegación de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Marbella, y dentro de las actividades deportivas de la Feria y Fiestas de San Pedro Alcántara, organiza la XXIV Carrera Urbana de San Pedro – Homenaje a Julio García Cruz, y atenderá a la siguiente normativa:

Fecha y lugar

La prueba se celebrará el viernes 12 de octubre de 2018, con salida y meta en El Polideportivo El Arquillo, en Avd. Vega de Mar de San Pedro Alcántara.

 

Inscripciones y recogida de dorsales

Se podrán realizar hasta el miércoles 10 de octubre, a las 23.59h, a través de la web www.dorsalchip.es, y tendrán una cuota de inscripción de 2 € para categorías menores hasta cadete, y de 5 € para categoría absoluta, desde junior en adelante.

Se podrán realizar inscripciones el día de la prueba hasta las 9.30h, siempre y cuando queden dorsales disponibles, y tendrán un importe de 5 € para todas las categorías menores y de 10€ para mayores.

Las inscripciones de la carrera absoluta, Junior, Senior y Veteranos, está limitadas a 600 participantes.

Los dorsales se recogerán, el día de la prueba desde las 8.00h y hasta el comienzo de cada carrera, y extraordinariamente: miércoles 10 y jueves 11, a partir de las 18.00h en la Sede del Club San Pedro Atletismo.

 

Premios

Medalla para los participantes de la categoría MiniPrebenjamín y Prebenjamín a su llegada a meta.

Camiseta para todos los participantes a su llegada a meta.

Trofeo para los seis primeros clasificados de cada categoría.

Premio especial para el ganador y ganadora de la Carrera Absoluta.

Importante

 Los clubes que realicen inscripciones deberán ajustarlas a la participación real.

1. Los participantes deberán proveerse de sus propios imperdibles.
2. Será descalificado quien muestre un comportamiento antideportivo, no realice el recorrido en su totalidad o compita en una categoría que no le corresponda.
3. El dorsal deberá ir sujeto al pecho, de menera visible y sin manipular.
4. Los ganadores deberán recoger su premio durante la entrega de trofeos, no hacerlo se entenderá como la renuncia al mismo.
5. La organización se reserva el derecho de modificar esta normativa, atendiendo a circunstancias extraordinarias. Tal hecho se anunciará durante la promoción de la prueba, en nuestra página web y redes sociales, y durante la celebración de la misma.
6. En caso de duda prevalecerá el criterio de la organización
7. No se atenderán reclamaciones una vez concluida la celebración del evento.
8. Los participantes autorizan la grabación y toma de imágenes que, posteriormente, se podrán usar con fines publicitarios y de promoción.
9. La prueba tiene contratados los seguros correspondientes de responsabilidad civil y accidentes que exige la ley.
10. La participación en la prueba supone la total aceptación de la esta normativa.

 

XXIV CARRERA URBANA DE SAN PEDRO – CUSP’18

The Club San Pedro Atletismo, in collaboration with the Tenencia de Alcaldia de San Pedro Alcantara and the Delegacion de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Marbella, and within the sport activities of the Feria y Fiestas de San Pedro Alcantara, organize the XXIV Carrera Urbana de San Pedro – Homenaje a Julio García Cruz, in compliance with the following regulations:

Date and Place

The race will take place on Friday, October 12th, 2018, the start and finish lines are located at El Polideportivo El Arquillo, on Ave. Vega de Mar, in San Pedro Alcantara.

Registration & Bib Number Pick- Up

Online registration will be open until 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, October 10th, 2018, at www.dorsalship.es. Registration fees for minor categories up to Cadetes is 2€; for the 5km race from Junior and up is 5€.

Late registration will be available the day of the race until 9:30 a.m., subject to bib numbers availability, and fees will be 5€ for all minor categories and 10€ for adults.

Registration for the 5km race (Junior, Senior and Masters) is limited to 600 participants.

Bib numbers can be collected the day of the event between 8:00 a.m. and the start of each race, and exceptionally on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th from 6:00 p.m. at the Club San Pedro Atletismo office.

 

Awards

• A medal for participants of the Miniprebenjamin and Prebenjamin categories at the finish line.
• T-shirt for all participants reaching the finish line.
• Trophy for the top six of each category.
• Special prize for the male and female winner of the 5km race.
• Other special awards (subject to availability)

*The age of a participant on the day of the race determines his or her age category classification.

 

Important

1. Clubs must adjust registrations to actual participation.
2. Participants must bring their own safety pins.
3. Anyone who shows unsportsmanlike behavior, fails to complete the full course of the race or competes in the incorrect category will be disqualified.
4. The bib number must be worn on the chest and visible all time, and unmodified
5. The winners must collect their prize during the awards ceremony; otherwise, it will be understood as the renunciation of it.
6. The organization reserves the right to modify this race regulation, taking into account extraordinary circumstances. Any kind of modifications will be announced during the promotion of the event, on our website and social networks, and during the celebration of the event.
7. In case of any doubt the criterion of the organization will prevail
8. No claims are accepted after the end of this event.
9. Participants authorized the use of video and sound recordings and images captured during the event that subsequently, may be used for advertising and promotional purposes.
10. The event has contracted the corresponding civil liability and accident insurance required by law.
11. Participation in this event implies full acceptance of this regulation.
